"Dont dring the water!" is what i was told when I traveled to India in 2011.  Filtration systems have not been put into place to keep you from getting sick from the "junk" in the water.  The same principles apply to your internet usage.  "Do not go on the internet with out filtering!".  This video was recorded at a "Strong Men" conference in Horseheads, NY.  It is designed to help you put in place some filtering and accountability for your home/personal internet usage.
