Mediashout CCLI Reporting Tool

Below is a form designed to accept a ZIP archive of your Mediashout scripts (.ssc files). The script will extract the contents, walk through the songs, and email you a text report totaling how many times each song has been used, by SongID. Also included is the Author, Copyright, and CreateDate so you can more closely nail down the song you are reporting. This script was designed for Mediashout v3.5, not sure if it will work on other versions.

We have tested this tool with our own churches' Mediashout scripts, however, we can't make any guarantees as to it's accuracy, so we are providing it "AS-IS". Please be sure to do a quick check on the results it is returning to you, to ensure it's suitability for your own reporting.

If you have any suggestions for how we can make the tool better, drop me an email - dave@techpartner.org. Or if you'd just like to let us know how great it is, we'll take that too!

One last detail - we will NOT spam you. Our logging facility will store your email address for a short period to ensure the script is functioning properly, and we will receive a notification real-time just so we can know people are using the tool, but other than that, we are not actively collecting your address, and we will not contact you via it. You wouldn't hurt our feelings, though, if you poked around techpartner.org to learn a little more about our ministry!

  1. Insert a valid email address. This page will NOT output any results, all results are emailed to you.
  2. Click the Choose a file... button, and choose the ZIP archive you have created from your .ssc files.
  3. Check your inbox. It may take some time to be delivered, depending on the number/size of script files you have uploaded. If you don't receive your report within 30 minutes, check your SPAM folder. If you still haven't received it, please let us know.
  4. Consider donating to offset the cost of bandwidth for this tool using the Paypal box over to the right.
